Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Work with registered and unregistered land matters
• Provide high-quality client service and keep clients informed
• Collaborate with team members to support growth of the residential property practice

Key requirements

• Experience in residential conveyancing (appropriate to PQE level)
