Overview

In this role, you will own the client onboarding journey for Transaction Banking, shaping a best-in-class experience from RFP participation through go-live and early-stage support. You’ll collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to manage complex onboarding across jurisdictions, ensuring robust KYC/CIP due diligence and compliant setup of TxB products. You’ll drive efficient processes, governance, and issue resolution to accelerate go-lives while maintaining controls. This is a high-impact role that supports top-line growth through a differentiated client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and due diligence for clients, including KYC/CIP, documentation, and contract execution
  • Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to address complex client requirements across jurisdictions
  • Ensure policy application and change management through QA and second-line controls
  • Identify and streamline onboarding processes to shorten go-live timelines
  • Resolve blockers and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless pre-go-live to go-live transition
  • Support ongoing client servicing through early-stage support after go-live
  • Act as a go-to contact for leadership on pre-go-live matters
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance team capability
  • Establish clear governance and status updates with clients and internal stakeholders

Key requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience, 1+ years in a client-facing role
  • Expertise in KYC/CIP due diligence with knowledge of US, UK, and European policy
  • Familiarity with policy nuances for transaction banking clients (advantage)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to create organization and structure
  • Process-oriented with ability to simplify complex processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and cross-team collaboration
