Overview

Senior Communications leader focused on UKI and regional Europe, shaping corporate and product messaging, thought leadership, and media relations within a global WeWork framework. You will drive external and internal comms strategies, align regional priorities with global priorities, and elevate executive profiles while building a strong reputation in the future of work. The role sits at the intersection of corporate, brand, and real estate communications, collaborating with regional and global teams to amplify stories and manage reputational risk. This is a high-impact, cross-market ambassador role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute UKI external communications plans for corporate, brand and product initiatives
  • Manage UKI media strategy, secure interviews, and prepare spokespeople including senior leaders
  • Draft press materials and adapt global messaging for local audiences
  • Create a pipeline of UKI market stories and localize for global amplification
  • Lead UKI internal communications rhythms and Town Hall programs
  • Coordinate with Continental Europe to align regional priorities and share cross-market opportunities
  • Lead executive positioning and thought leadership programs for UKI leadership and the International President
  • Oversee communications for sales and real estate initiatives and landlord partnerships
  • Develop member stories and brand advocacy, including crisis communications planning
  • Support team organization, mentor staff, and manage agency relationships
  • Support events communications tied to WeWork-led initiatives

Key requirements

  • 8+ years in corporate communications, PR, or public affairs in dynamic, high-growth environments
  • Strong writing and storytelling across formats (press releases, op-eds, speeches)
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and managing media relations
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging for diverse audiences
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience using AI tools to support research, media monitoring, content development and planning, with sound judgement on accuracy and confidentiality
