You will handle cross-border financing matters and contribute to multi-disciplinary transactions across Real Estate, Corporate, Tax and Regulatory practice areas. You will draft and negotiate finance documents, manage conditions and timetables, and support client relationships and business development. Responsibilities

• Adviser to lenders and borrowers on banking and real estate finance transactions
• Draft, review and negotiate finance documents and related materials
• Manage conditions precedent processes and transaction timetables to completion
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Corporate, Tax and Regulatory teams on cross-disciplinary matters
• Support relationship management, business development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Key requirements
