Responsibilities

• Handle landlord and tenant matters
• Manage acquisitions and disposals
• Advise on development matters
• Oversee property finance transactions
• Provide early client contact and manage own file caseload
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices in a national Real Estate practice

Key requirements

• 1–3 years’ PQE in commercial property (NQ considered)
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Confident handling a varied caseload
• Client facing, proactive and commercially aware
