Overview

In this role you will be the primary contact for senior clients within the Key Accounts team, guiding adoption and value realization of the platform. You will build trust, map client workflows to success plans, and drive product usage while identifying upsell opportunities. You’ll partner with Product and CRM systems to relay feedback and shape roadmap priorities. This position suits a proactive communicator who thrives on data-driven insight and influencing strategic outcomes for major asset managers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients throughout their subscription term to build rapport and trust
  • Understand client workflows, priorities, and success metrics, translating them into actionable plans
  • Deliver onboarding and training demonstrations tailored to clients
  • Serve as a primary product contact for queries and support
  • Use data to drive product adoption and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities with clients
  • Report feedback to Account Manager and update CRM; collaborate with Product for roadmap input

Key requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication with senior and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex accounts with multiple use cases and high attention to detail
  • Confident in presenting to groups and facilitating training (in-person and virtual)
  • Data-driven approach; comfortable manipulating multiple data sources to inform strategy
  • Commercial mindset; connect client needs to product solutions
  • Experience in Financial services/Asset Management is a plus but not required
