Overview
In this hands-on manager role, you will own high-priority cross-functional initiatives from framing problems to delivering measurable outcomes. You will work closely with the Head of the CEO Office to translate strategic priorities into coordinated actions and durable processes. You’ll investigate complex problems, enable scaling, and surface risks and decisions across teams lacking a clear owner. This role offers the chance to shape how the organization operates and drives impact at scale in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery of cross-functional initiatives and track progress toward measurable outcomes
- Clarify ambiguous problems, develop practical solutions, and implement durable processes or systems
- Contribute to organisation design, OKRs/KPIs, and scalable operating processes
- Navigate ambiguity by surfacing insights, decisions, and risks and aligning multiple teams
- Lead or support initiatives such as organisational model design, international expansion, scaling new business lines, and board/reporting
- Balance strategic framing with hands-on execution and influence without formal authority
Key requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (consulting, high-growth tech, investing, strategic finance, or entrepreneurial operations)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical rigour; ability to structure problems with data and judgement; advanced SQL or hands-on data analysis is a plus
- Ability to turn analysis into practical plans, KPIs, processes, tools or systems; experience with low-code/no-code or AI automations is a plus
- Proven ownership of cross-functional work and delivery of measurable outcomes
- Influence and collaboration across functions without formal authority; low-ego, collaborative approach
- Learning agility and entrepreneurial mindset; ability to adapt priorities and launch or improve initiatives; founding/entrepreneurial experience valued but not required
