Overview

In this Risk & Compliance Analyst role, you join a 24-month rotational program at BNY to support governance, oversight, and risk management across multiple domains. You’ll work with global teams to apply frameworks and analyze risk exposure, contributing to reviews and reporting that reinforce compliance. The program offers structured onboarding, hands-on projects, and mentorship to build core risk and business skills. You will help strengthen risk practices and support sound decision-making in a complex financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and compliance activities by applying frameworks, policies, and oversight practices across the firm
• Analyze information to identify trends and assess risk management across businesses, processes, and functions
• Assist with reviews, reporting, and documentation supporting governance, monitoring, and compliance efforts
• Gain exposure to key risk areas such as credit, market, liquidity, operational, technology, compliance, model, and enterprise risk

Key requirements

• Enrollment in a 3- or 4-year undergraduate degree program with focus on business and/or technology majors
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status in the country of application
