Overview

As Technology and Data Risk Analyst, you will deliver accurate risk information and insights to support decision-making across the Digital Technology & Data function. You’ll collaborate with risk and technology colleagues to analyse data, test controls, and produce dashboards that reveal trends and drive improvements. The role sits at the core of managing digital risk and shaping resilient, data-driven processes. You’ll interact with multiple stakeholders and contribute to embedding a positive risk culture. This opportunity combines risk analytics with tangible impact on services for members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date risk reporting to support management decisions across the function
• Gather, analyse and present risk data, metrics and insights for stakeholders
• Prepare reporting, dashboards and governance materials for risk discussions
• Support Risk Managers and Head of Risk by assessing controls and their effectiveness
• Identify trends and emerging issues in risk and control data to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure risk information is accessible for risk owners and leadership
• Support embedding of a positive risk culture within Digital Technology & Data
• Contribute to improvements in reporting, analytics and risk management processes using various tools

Key requirements

• Experience in risk management in a technology, digital, data or operational environment
• Experience with data, reporting, analysis or governance in a business, tech or operational setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across reporting and data
• Ability to identify trends and draw insights from data
• Good communication and stakeholder management across teams
• Curious, proactive, solutions-focused mindset with willingness to learn
• Experience using Excel, Power BI, databases or similar technologies
• Interest in risk management, governance and controls
