Project Manager – Commercial Developer

Overview

In this role you will lead delivery on London-based, complex construction schemes for prominent clients. You’ll shape project execution through planning, process setup, and cross-team coordination, ensuring on-time progress and clear client communications. Responsibilities

• Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
• Establish processes and systems to be used across the project
• Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable
• Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
• Track and document changes
• Prepare written project communications and formal progress reports
• Liaise with clients, contractors and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes

Key requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager with a leading consultancy on large London sites
• Track record on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects
• Evidence of delivering a whole project or major element
• Experience on projects valued at 20m+
• Ideally professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
