Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of construction disputes
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on technically challenging matters
• Contribute to adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and mediation processes
• Draft, negotiate, and advocate on case strategy and documentation
• Manage client relationships and run files independently

Key requirements

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in contentious construction law
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Confidence managing client relationships and running files independently
