Responsibilities

• Advise on landlord and tenant matters
• Manage asset management and office portfolio matters
• Contribute to investment acquisitions and disposals
• Oversee property finance transactions
• Involvement in development projects
• Direct client exposure with partner involvement
• Support internal progression and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• 2+ PQE in Commercial Real Estate
• Experience across broad real estate matters ( landlord/tenant, asset management, acquisitions/disposals, finance, development)
• Ability to work with a diverse client base (estates, property companies, private investors, developers, family offices)
