Overview
In this role you will provide expert residential development advice to developers, landowners and housing providers, working within a collaborative Real Estate team. You will handle acquisitions, disposals and strategic land work, as well as promotions, options and related matters, while mentoring juniors and supporting business development. You will grow client relationships and contribute to the practice’s ongoing expansion with a practical, client-focused approach. This is a hybrid Bristol opportunity with a strong culture and clear progression paths.

Responsibilities
- Advise on residential development acquisitions, disposals and strategic land transactions for developers, landowners and housing providers
- Handle promotion, option, conditional contracts and overage arrangements in development matters
- Manage title investigations, easements, tenancies and other complex real estate issues in development projects
- Support client relationship management, business development and mentoring of junior team members
Key requirements
- Substantial residential development experience
