In this Bristol-based role, you will support high-value real estate finance transactions for a prestigious client base within a collaborative Banking & Finance team. You will handle complex financing matters, working across cross-border deals and multiple asset classes to drive client outcomes. You’ll build strong relationships, mentor juniors, and contribute to growth and technical excellence in a forward-thinking culture. Responsibilities

• Advise lenders and borrowers on investment, development and acquisition finance transactions
• Lead on complex real estate-backed financings and refinancings
• Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents and ancillary finance documentation
• Build strong client relationships while collaborating with Real Estate, Tax, Construction and Corporate teams
• Support business development initiatives and mentor junior lawyers
