Security Cleared Project Managers – Central and Local Government

Overview

In this role you will lead project management within our Real Estate team, supporting secure client engagement and delivering outcomes. You’ll drive planning, governance and stakeholder communication to keep projects on track and aligned with client objectives. This is a client-facing position with growth potential as part of Turner & Townsend’s ambitious 2025 vision. Responsibilities

• Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
• Establish effective project processes and systems
• Produce detailed project plans
• Monitor progress and performance indicators
• Track and document changes
• Prepare written project communications and reports
• Liaise with clients, contractors and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes

Key requirements

• Cognate qualification (construction, real estate, planning, engineering)
• Ability to travel London/Home Counties/South East
• Strong communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
• Self-motivated
• Problem solving and strategic thinking
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including clients and contractors
• CDM/site health and safety knowledge
• Able to become Security Cleared
