Overview

In this VP role, you lead Corporate FX sales and market activities to grow Wells Fargo’s corporate client base. You will manage senior client relationships, identify opportunities, and tailor FX risk management solutions that align with clients’ commercial goals. As a trusted advisor, you provide strategic FX guidance, hedge strategies, and market insight, while structuring and executing complex transactions with cross-functional teams. You drive revenue growth and wallet share through coordinated coverage and integrated client solutions within a strong risk-aware culture.

Responsibilities

  • Originate and market FX derivative solutions for corporate clients’ risk objectives
  • Price, structure, negotiate, and execute FX transactions with clients with Trading and Structuring support
  • Manage day-to-day client coverage, including trade follow-up and materials/deal documentation
  • Provide timely FX market insights, trade ideas, and risk management recommendations
  • Coordinate with Banking, Corporate Finance, Trading and Structuring to deliver integrated solutions
  • Advise clients using deep FX markets, derivatives, and hedging techniques
  • Build trusted client relationships and collaborate with support areas for a superior client experience
  • Independently execute internal processes and client requests of varying complexity
  • Drive revenue growth, client planning, process improvement, and platform efficiencies
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (MiFID, EMIR, Dodd-Frank as applicable) and escalate risk issues

Key requirements

  • Extensive Securities Sales experience with corporate clients and FX derivatives
  • Strong knowledge of FX markets, derivatives, and corporate risk management techniques
  • Proven ability to originate opportunities, manage relationships, and deliver results across priorities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Experience developing and presenting client materials, market analysis, and risk recommendations
  • Ability to engage senior clients and internal stakeholders effectively
