Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships for Gallagher Guide clients and provide expert advice on flexible benefits design and management
• Drive new business by identifying opportunities, pitching, and delivering new propositions
• Oversee production of reports, documents, and communications to ensure high-quality client support
• Provide guidance on legislative changes and employee benefit trends to the wider team
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-team alignment
• Advise on system functionality, suggest improvements, and manage change requests
• Lead post-enrolment reviews by presenting take-up stats and lessons learned to improve services

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in benefits technology and flexible benefits solutions
