European Finance Project Manager (FTC)

Overview

In this FTC role, you will support the Finance SSC with major system implementations and drive the European invoicing transition from PDF to electronic invoicing. You will map timelines, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will translate business requirements into actionable deliverables and act as the liaison between business users and technical teams. Your work focuses on finance process modernization, backed by data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance SSC with major system implementations and transitions
• Lead the move from PDF invoicing to electronic invoicing across multiple European countries (inbound & outbound)
• Map and track project timelines, progress, risks and dependencies for on-time delivery
• Develop project plans, milestones and status updates; collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams
• Document and validate business requirements translating them into action items and deliverables

Key requirements

• PMP certification or relevant project management credential
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience managing finance-related projects and new system implementations
• Experience with Excel, Oracle, Power BI
