2027 BNY Analyst Program – Risk and Compliance (Manchester)

Overview

In this 24‑month rotational program, you contribute to risk and compliance efforts across the firm, applying governance frameworks and oversight practices. You work with cross‑functional teams to analyze risk information, identify trends, and support reporting and documentation. You gain exposure to credit, market, liquidity, operational, technology, compliance, model, and enterprise risk, helping strengthen governance and responsible decision‑making. This role offers hands‑on project work, mentorship, and broad exposure to BNY’s integrated business model, with a focus on impact and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and compliance activities by applying frameworks, policies, and oversight practices across the firm
• Analyze information to identify trends and assess how risks are managed across business areas
• Assist with reviews, reporting, and documentation that support governance and monitoring
• Gain exposure to key risk areas such as credit, market, liquidity, operational, technology, compliance, model, and enterprise risk

Key requirements

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status in the country where applying
