Overview

In this role you will coordinate and deliver engaging internal communications to support MRS-GM’s culture and strategies. You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align messaging and events with business priorities, driving clarity and employee engagement. You’ll manage channels, plan internal events, and measure impact to continuously improve reach and relevance. This position focuses on strengthening culture, change communications, and alignment with Group campaigns in a global context.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clear, audience-appropriate internal communications translating strategic priorities into messages and campaigns
  • Support culture and change communications to help employees understand business priorities and leadership messages
  • Enhance employee engagement by coordinating跨 stakeholders and ensuring timely, relevant communications
  • Plan and deliver internal events and townhalls (virtual, hybrid, in-person)
  • Collaborate with Group Communications and regional teams to align messaging and share MRS-GM stories
  • Maintain and develop internal communication channels (intranet, calendars, event communications) with creative use of digital formats
  • Track metrics and insights to improve reach, engagement, and clarity
  • Support governance and editorial planning routines to align content and gather feedback
  • Serve as internal communications contact for Legal, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Claims, and ESG
  • Communicate effectively with leaders, managers, and partners to translate objectives into communication plans
  • Coordinate with vendors or external partners to deliver campaigns
  • Ensure communications support business outcomes for customers and policyholders
  • Manage editorial planning routines including monthly editorial committee

Key requirements

  • Experience in (re)insurance, financial services, or relevant fields
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
