Territory Manager Radiofrequency Ablation (RF) – South West

Overview

In this Territory Manager role, you drive the adoption of Abbott’s RF technology within a defined South West region, building market share and revenue in both consumable and capital segments. You’ll support customers with practical and theoretical technical guidance and work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape patient care in chronic pain. The position offers meaningful impact within a globally trusted healthcare company and requires travel and strong stakeholder engagement. You’ll partner with specialists to influence clinical decisions and expand Abbott’s footprint in neuromodulation.

Responsibilities

• Implement regional strategies to grow market share and revenue for RF products in consumables and capital equipment
• Communicate the rationale for Abbott products and provide technical support to current and potential customers
• Engage and travel within the South West territory (South Wales, Devon, Cornwall, Home Counties) to cover patch needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute market plans and territory development
• Build and manage customer relationships to support adoption and ongoing use of products

Key requirements

• Degree in a relevant scientific subject (preferred)
• Experience in the medical devices industry, ideally with theatre exposure
• Familiarity with chronic pain management concepts is advantageous
• Excellent communication and planning skills
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Experience dealing with clinical or physiotherapy contexts is a plus
