Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Overview

In this role you translate research ideas into robust production ML systems. You’ll work at the intersection of research and engineering on predictive ML, causal modelling, and Generative AI, influencing architecture and roadmaps. You’ll tackle large-scale datasets and collaborate with researchers, product, and engineering teams to ship reliable ML software. Responsibilities

• Take ML/AI models from research into production
• Work across traditional ML, deep learning, transformers, and Generative AI
• Build solutions around large-scale, complex datasets
• Collaborate with researchers, academics, product and engineering teams
• Contribute to architecture and long-term technical roadmaps
• Lead and contribute to R&D sprints
• Build reliable, high-quality ML software

Key requirements

• Strong Python and SQL
• Experience deploying machine learning into production
• Solid knowledge of traditional ML techniques
• Understanding of deep learning and transformers
• Exposure to Generative AI
• Statistical knowledge and interest in causal modelling
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD
• MSc or PhD is beneficial, but not essential
