Product Designer, Global Public Sector

Overview

In this role you will lead early-stage product design for AI-driven experiences serving government and enterprise clients in the GCC. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to move concepts from idea to implementation. You will translate feedback into compelling design concepts and align multiple stakeholders around a clear direction. You will deliver polished visuals and prototypes, leveraging AI design tools to tell a convincing story and validate decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for 0-1 projects in collaboration with PMs and engineers
• Extract insights from feedback to generate compelling concepts
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align around a design direction
• Create polished visuals and prototypes using AI design tools (Cursor, Claude Design)
• Make design decisions informed by research, data, and user insights

Key requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Experience navigating ambiguity in early-stage products
• Experience in both startup and established company environments
• Background in B2B products for government or enterprise clients
• Interest in shaping AI in business applications
• Experience in the GCC (or willingness to relocate)
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design platforms (Cursor, Claude)
• Degree in HCI, Computer Science, or Graphic Design
• Strong portfolio with clear visual storytelling
