Overview
As Account Manager for North England & Scotland, you protect and grow TAG Heuer’s brand image and drive sales with wholesale and independent accounts. You will act as a brand ambassador to internal and external stakeholders and report to the UK & Ireland Sales Director. The role combines strategic account planning, training, merchandising, and data-driven sales analysis in a luxury, collaborative environment. You’ll travel to manage a field-based portfolio and contribute to brand positioning and market expansion. Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with wholesale and independent accounts, delivering exceptional service
- Conduct business reviews to assess sales performance, training needs, product reviews, and brand positioning
- Implement brand strategies within accounts in line with the UK market
- Achieve targets on sell-in, sell-out, KPI’s, training, and account visits
- Monitor and analyze sales data to drive growth and identify actions
- Forecast and plan stock to ensure proper product distribution
- Assess distribution, propose openings or closures to protect brand image
- Ensure corporate displays are merchandised and train stores on merchandising
- Identify bespoke display opportunities to maximise visibility
- Attend monthly sales meetings
- Provide retailer, consumer, and competitor feedback to UK sales/marketing
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold brand values
- Motivate accounts through training, merchandising, and customer service
- Contribute to marketing/positioning rollout and maintain brand image
- Attend and deliver training/brand events
Key requirements
- Previous commercial experience with targets and KPIs
- Proven ability to meet commercial targets
- Business-to-business relationship management
- Field-based role requiring travel
