Overview

In this role, you will lead the rollout of self-service kiosks across EMEA, driving end-to-end on-site deployments at hotels. You translate hotel workflows into product configurations, work closely with engineering and customer success, and ensure successful go-lives. You’ll train hotel staff and develop scalable playbooks to support multiple brands and property types. This position directly shapes how hotels adopt guest-facing technology and enhances the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for kiosk properties, from qualification to post-go-live support
  • Perform technical qualification and assess Opera PMS readiness in collaboration with CS & Engineering
  • Configure hardware (iPads, key encoders, payment terminals) and coordinate PMS integrations
  • Manage hardware shipments and logistics, including interim shipping processes
  • Deploy on-site at hotels, lead setup, run test reservations, and ensure smooth checkout flow
  • Train hotel staff using SOPs and ensure post-deployment competence
  • Validate readiness using live reservation data and advise on operational practices
  • Document field feedback and translate insights into product improvements

Key requirements

  • 4+ years in hands-on hotel operations (Front Desk Agent/Manager/Director/GM)
  • Expert-level Opera PMS proficiency (complex reservations, routing, folios, rate codes, payments)
  • Experience with complex hotel scenarios (group blocks, shared reservations, split payments, corporate billing)
  • Comfort with modern tools (Slack, Notion, Claude) and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills across staff to executive leadership
  • Ability to travel 40-50% for on-site implementations
  • Experience with other PMS systems or hotel tech (preferred)
  • Fluency or proficiency in an additional European language (preferred)
