Responsibilities

• manage high-value and complex catastrophic injury claims across motor, employer liability and public liability
• work on sensitive, high-profile cases and contribute to cross-border investigations
• collaborate with senior Partners and internal teams to drive case strategy and resolution
• support large caseloads within a team environment
• maintain clear written and verbal communication with clients, insurers, and colleagues

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in catastrophic injury claims
• proven expertise in defendant claims handling across motor, employer liability, and public liability
