Overview
In this role you will advise on a broad range of pensions issues for diverse clients, including corporate transactions, governance, regulatory matters and complex advisory work. You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines on pensions due diligence for M&A and provide strategic advice on scheme management and change projects. The role offers autonomy, significant client exposure and opportunity to become a recognised pensions specialist within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. As the practice grows, you’ll influence its direction and help develop junior lawyers, while benefiting from hybrid working and clear progression.

Responsibilities
- Advise on pensions issues across corporate transactions, governance, regulatory matters and advisory work
- Participate in pensions due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Negotiate protections and provide strategic guidance on scheme management and change projects
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to deliver integrated pensions services
- Support development of junior lawyers and contribute to the growth of the pensions practice
- Maintain high levels of client contact and deliver value through pragmatic solutions
