Overview
In this role you will be the CFO’s right-hand, leading the Group’s FP&A and owning budgeting, forecasting and planning. You will partner with senior leaders to translate financial data into actionable insight and challenge performance where needed. The role sits at the heart of growth and transformation, shaping strategy through robust analytics and clear board-ready materials. You will drive automation and data quality to enable faster, more informed decisions and influence cross-functional outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and five‑year plan
- Act as finance partner to the CFO and senior leadership
- Produce weekly and monthly KPI reporting for management and external stakeholders
- Analyze performance against budget, forecast and prior year
- Partner with operational leaders to understand performance and drive accountability
- Analyze key drivers such as revenue, occupancy and staffing costs
- Develop financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses for decision making
- Prepare materials for Board and investor-level meetings
- Improve FP&A reporting, systems, processes and data quality with automation
- Support the CFO with strategic projects and initiatives
- Manage, coach and develop a Finance Analyst
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant with strong commercial and analytical capability
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or similar in a multi-site organisation
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Experience budgeting, forecasting and business planning
- Commercial awareness and ability to understand drivers of performance
- Experience partnering with senior operational stakeholders and providing constructive challenge
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- Gravitas to work with a CFO and senior leadership
