: Shift SupervisorDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for performing set up, Operate, Monitor and perform changeovers on assigned machines.Ensure the machines are fed with the right materials and are of good quality and quantity.Ensure that machines are running at the correct speed/settings.Ensure that equipment is generating minimum waste/give awayMaximise the re-use of rework during own shiftCarry out cleaning, inspections, lubrication on assigned machines.Change over of the machines when a product change is requiredSupport engineers on the breakdown.Train new team members in how to operate the machines following safety, quality and operational standards.Cover breaks on
assigned machines.Fill in production, quality and cleaning records.Escalate issues to supervisor.Perform good communication when handing over the shift.Report any damage and safety issues on the machines to the Production Supervisor.To perform any other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor or any Senior Manager within their set skillsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
