Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Leader

Universal Business Team is assisting a Wickford-based manufacturer searching for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager. You will own procurement, supplier relationships and inventory strategy across the business, reporting to the MD and sitting on the SLT.

It’s a hands-on leadership role with a small team. You’ll manage overseas suppliers, negotiate contracts, optimise stock, and drive improvements in cost, availability and service levels.
