Maths Deputy Director: Lead Curriculum & Coaching

The Gainsborough Academy, part of Wickersley Partnership Trust, seeks a Deputy Director of Maths to lead and develop maths across one or two schools. The role offers a Leadership Scale package: MPS/UPS plus a TLR 1B.

Reporting to the Subject Director, you will shape curriculum delivery, coach teachers, analyse data, and drive improvements to raise pupil outcomes. This full-time post begins in September 2026 and requires QTS and a maths degree.
