About you
- Previous experience in food production or dairy processing preferred
- Capable of working independently and following detailed procedures
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with temperature and documentation monitoring
- Computer literate with basic data entry skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
What you’ll do
- Collect and transport milk from the farm, ensuring safe handling
- Receive and document incoming milk deliveries accurately
- Conduct key food safety and quality checks, maintaining traceability
- Set up and monitor pasteurisation and incubation processes
- Ensure all cleaning and equipment maintenance procedures are completed
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards
- Contribute positively to team productivity and workplace safety
