Role: HR Advisor

Location: Belfast

Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week, flexible

Pay: £16.98 – £18.04 per hour

The Role:

Generalist duties such as supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, absence management, performance, training and HR administration.

The Requirements:

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification
• 3 years recent experience in a HR Generalist role
