Strategic Operations Director (Fixed-Term)

The Music Works Gloucestershire is seeking a Strategic Operations Director to lead operations on a fixed-term basis for 2.5 years. The role focuses on building systems, improving data-informed decision making, and delivering best practice within our unique context and culture.

Location is The Music Works Gloucester Hub with regular travel across TMW Forest and Gloucester sites; minimum of 3 days on-site. Part Time, 30h over 4 days (0.8 FTE).
