Housing Property Investment & Compliance Leader

Wiltshire Council Housing is seeking an experienced Property Investment & Compliance Manager to lead property services, compliance and investment across our housing portfolio.

Leading a team of around 30, you will drive performance, oversee repairs, maintenance, voids, compliance and investment activities, and manage budgets and contractor delivery. You will work with residents and stakeholders to deliver high-quality homes and value for money.
