Gas & Heating Engineer — Critical Facility Systems

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Gas & Heating Engineer to deliver an integrated gas and mechanical service at Shotton Hall Academy, Peterlee. You will focus on continuous service and cost improvements by identifying, promoting and implementing innovative systems and processes.

Main duties include forecasting requirements, budgeting for gas/plumbing, fault-finding and preventive maintenance, supervising works, and completing planned and reactive maintenance in line with CAFM systems.
