Senior Social Worker – CIN: Lead Assessments & Safeguarding

The Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a Senior Qualified Social Worker to join the Child in Need (CIN) Team in Birmingham. You will assess, intervene and plan care to safeguard children, working with families and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes.

As a Senior Social Worker, you will manage complex cases, provide guidance to colleagues, complete assessments and ensure practice aligns with legislation and local procedures.
