Security Operations Lead

Tottenham Hotspur is recruiting a Security Manager within the Operations Department to elevate security across the Club’s campus on match and non-match days. You will lead physical, personnel and systems security, develop policy, and oversee third-party providers.

The role requires strong leadership, project management skills and a hands-on approach to risk assessments, incident investigations and training. It is a on-site role within a high-profile environment with high safety standards.
