Retreat manager – live in position in Black Mountains – Wales

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated person to manage a busy retreat centre. The role requires on-call availability some weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee groundsman and maintenance duties.
• Manage housekeeping and guest liaison functions.
• Handle animal care for alpacas and chickens.

Position Details

One full-time position with accommodation included as part of the salary. The role may be job-shared with a partner possessing complementary skills.
