Responsibilities

• Provide support in the planning and warrants process, including liaison with local authorities
• Provide appropriate drawings and details to the commercial team to assist the procurement process
• Provide CAD drawings and details to Production teams for use on site
• Provide appropriate drawings and details for use by the Sales Team for brochure production and on site usage

Requirements

• Experience in Architectural Design, ideally working within housebuilding
• CIOB qualification in Building Design or a related HNC/HND
• AutoCAD literate and understand the construction process
• Understand technical detailing at all levels of housing design
