We are looking for a proactive and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team during a period of significant digital transformation. While our senior leadership focuses on high level strategy and onboarding external agencies for major projects, we need a reliable professional to manage the day to day execution and keep our momentum high.
This is a role for someone who loves to get stuck in. You will be the person who attends strategic meetings and then immediately takes action to turn those ideas into reality.
The Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: You will keep our digital projects on track by updating plans and ensuring every small detail is accounted for.
- Content Management: You will be responsible for chasing schools for assets and then writing or proofreading SEO content to a high standard.
- Communication: You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating with various schools, internal stakeholders, and agencies to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Administrative Support: From setting up vital meetings to following up on action points, you will ensure the digital department runs like clockwork.
About You
You are a self starter who is naturally curious about new technology and excels at managing multiple priorities at once. You should be comfortable with digital terminology and have a solid working knowledge of SEO and PPC, though you do not need to be a senior strategist.
The ideal candidate might come from a digital agency account management background or perhaps has experience as a digital product manager.
We are looking for:
- Excellent Writers: An English degree or a copywriting background would be fantastic as we need someone who can produce and polish a high volume of content.
- Organised Professionals: You should have some project management experience and a reputation for being exceptionally tidy with your work.
- Creative Thinkers: A bit of experience with design or photography would be a great bonus.
- Adaptable Personalities: You should be a proactive person with a positive mindset who is ready to pivot between tasks quickly.
