Housing Electrician – Social Housing, Van & On-Call

Fawkes & Reece are urgently seeking an Electrician to join a large social housing responsive repairs scheme, working in and around Rugby and Warwickshire on a permanent basis. You’ll carry out maintenance and repairs on electrical services in tenanted and void properties, taking ownership to achieve a first-time fix within budget and time constraints.

The role is 40 hours per week with an on-call rota of 1 in 6-8 weeks, and a company van with a fuel card is provided.
