Hybrid Sales & Marketing Lead for Care Homes Growth

South England is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Support Manager to drive occupancy and enquiries across its South England division. The role is home-based with regular travel and occasional overnight stays, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director.

You will lead hands-on sales and marketing activities, develop campaigns across digital and print channels, and train care home teams to improve enquiry conversion while working with external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
