Freelance Construction Planner: Education & Inner-City

Randstad CPE seeks an experienced Freelance Construction Planner to cover pre-construction tender planning and live project delivery. You will manage bid programmes, draft method statements, and coordinate 4D visualizations to support education-sector projects in inner-city environments.

The role requires dual expertise across competitive tenders and on-site planning, with strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms and proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
