Senior CRM Executive – Data-Driven E-commerce Growth

PrettyLittleThing in Manchester is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to drive CRM performance across markets and channels, owning day-to-day activity from planning through to analysis.

You will use customer data and insights to improve engagement, BAU communications and behavioural journeys, working closely with the Snr. CRM Manager.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a CRM role, be data-driven, and familiar with Bloomreach; retail and fast-paced environments are a bonus.
