Room Leader (Over 2s) to Deputy Manager – Lead & Grow

Action Staffing LTD in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an experienced Level 3 Room Leader to join our friendly nursery as Room Leader (Over 2’s) with a clear progression to Deputy Manager within about 12 months. The role is 80% room-based and 20% supporting the Nursery Manager.

You will lead a team to provide outstanding care and education, support children’s learning in line with EYFS, mentor staff, maintain safeguarding standards and build positive relationships with children and families.
