JOY IN MOVEMENT (J.I.M) runs 30-minute infrared classes in 40°C heat with DJ beats. The Derby studio in Ecclesall is the first in the UK, with expansion across the country on the horizon. We seek a Studio Manager to lead the floor, nurture a welcoming community, and run efficient operations.

You will attract, convert, retain, and operate the studio through hands-on leadership, events, content creation, and KPI monitoring, ensuring members feel valued and engaged every day.
