About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to design and sell kitchens in a showroom environment, managing projects from initial consultation through to final design and sale. You will play a key role in driving showroom performance while delivering tailored kitchen solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and present kitchens using CAD software (ideally Winner, though other software will be considered)
- Manage the full customer journey from initial consultation to design completion
- Provide expert advice on layouts, products, and finishes
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
Requirements / Skills
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Designer (essential)
- Experience using Winner CAD preferred (other software considered)
- Strong sales ability with a consultative, customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident, professional, and personable manner
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
