Youth & Community Support Specialist (Live-In)

Transforming Plc is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist young people aged 16-21 in a supported accommodation. You will promote wellbeing, teach essential life skills, and accompany clients to appointments while coordinating with social services.

The role includes night and weekend shifts, potential live-in for at least five days per week, and is subject to Enhanced DBS checks and references. A level 3 NVQ in Social Care is required or equivalent.
