Fieldcare Supervisor – Lead Supported Living in Nuneaton

Voyage Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead our supported living services in Nuneaton. You will manage a team to help people gain more independence and deliver person-centred support plans and assessments.

Responsibilities include inductions, supervisions, medication competencies, attending multi-disciplinary meetings, and supporting the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations. Driver’s license is essential for this role and on-call duties may apply.
